Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most products. Due to the living nature of plants, specific conditions apply as outlined below. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with all packaging materials included.
Native Plant Returns
Returns of live native plants are accepted under the following conditions:
- Plants arrive damaged or in poor health due to shipping issues
- Incorrect species or variety was delivered
- Plants show signs of disease or pest infestation upon arrival
- Products are defective or not as described
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your plants if any of these conditions apply. We may request photos to assess the situation and expedite your return or replacement.
Plant Health Guarantee
All native plants sold through bestmmcollection.world are guaranteed to arrive healthy and viable. If plants fail to thrive within 30 days of delivery despite proper care, please contact us. We will work with you to determine the cause and provide a replacement or refund if the issue stems from plant quality rather than care practices.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Plants that have been planted or removed from their original containers
- Plants that show decline due to improper care or environmental conditions
- Custom-ordered or specially sourced native plant varieties
- Digital products or consultations
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Await return authorization and instructions from our team
- Package items securely using original packaging when possible
- Ship items to the address provided in your return authorization

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damaged goods. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for different native plant varieties or products of equal value. If you need to exchange an item, follow the return process outlined above and specify your exchange preference. We will process exchanges as quickly as possible, subject to plant availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive damaged plants or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement shipment or full refund at no additional cost to you. We take great care in packaging and shipping, but occasionally issues occur during transit. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Seasonal Considerations
Please be aware that native plant availability varies by season. If a requested exchange or replacement is not currently available, we will offer you the following options:
- Wait for the plant to become available in the next growing season
- Choose an alternative native plant of comparable value
- Receive a full refund for the unavailable item
